I suggest three areas for consideration. I make these recommendations based on the fact that private banks, with trillions of dollars in reserves, are reluctant to spend money or make loans. Fortunately, the Federal Government has plenty money too and most Democrats and some Republicans view government spending as the only way to keep the economy going. Due to hardships that are continuing to be experienced on "Main Street" look for a 2nd Economic Stimulus Package with support coming from both sides of the isle.

1. Become a government contractor and earn an income by meeting local social needs;

2. Form a nonprofit community - based organization, the fastest growth industry and respond to the Federal Government's increasing reliance upon local organizations for the delivery of Governments grants, programs and charitable services; and finally

3.Local governments are struggling to balance their budgets. Approach the stewarts of excess and unused government assets and make a deal.
