THIS PAGE WILL GIVE CONSIDERABLE INSIGHT ON THE BOOK YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!
Greetings:
The release date for this book is timely and parallels the Federal Government’s efforts to restore the economy.
My book, “Diversity in Empowerment”, is one view of how ordinary people may position themselves through modeling and following certain strategies to become empowered and begin to rebuild assets on "main street."
WHY write a book centered around the theme of diversity? Diversity suggests a variety or a collection of many things. Hence, the need to identify many sources of revenue streams during these times of economic uncertainty!

“DIVERSITY IN EMPOWERMENT”
SYNOPSIS
The Federal Government is downsizing in spite of extending aide to the mortgage and financial sectors. And in the process, power, influence and resources are being shifted back to the community for control. This process is called devolution, or downsizing. My book captures that process and how you may benefit from it.
“Diversity in Empowerment” is a book about empowerment! As the author, my aim is to call attention to how some people access government funding and resources while others stand by and watch. Also, a key focus of the book is to provide the reader, especially young adults, with alternatives to sports and entertainment. The book truly amplifies the vision of many people who are wrestling with trying to find available career options.
During pre - publishing reviews, real estate developers and social entrepreneurs found that this book gives an excellent snap shot of how local, state and federal government programs are systematically integrated.
I wrote “Diversity in Empowerment” to show that as downsizing occurs, opportunities abound if you are willing to view yourself at the next level. For example, there are federally supported programs that foster community control of real estate and community financial institutions. In addition, the local organizations that have the vision to initiate and manage these kinds of endeavors are eligible to receive free technical assistance, and grant funding for administrative cost. Moreover, drawing on my knowledge and experience, I can report that the significance of these type initiatives is that they can cause people with meager means to accumulate assets. According to one source, people on "main street" have lost in excess of $250 billion due to the subprime mortgage lending debacle. Therefore, the release of “Diversity in Empowerment” could not have come at a better time since it is a tool that can help affected individuals and families to rebound by providing self-help strategies, and both a strategic plan and business plan model.
“Diversity in Empowerment” is a book about how ordinary people may partner with the Federal Government, foster self -sufficiency and transform as beneficiaries of the economic mainstream.
